About Richard
MY GOAL:
It's all about the individual, and creating, a special relationship with my clients; one of open collaboration, that will lead to the highest, best results for their needs. My start in Real Estate was inspired by my personal frustration in finding an agent during my own property transaction. I felt none were truly 100% on my side, with my best interest in mind. This became my mantra "Best intention create the Best results".
With an expertise in Townhouse sales a strong background in Co-op and Condo's, and a REBNY Certification in board packages, there is no situation that we can't tackle, together.
GOAL #2 make you smile, perhaps even laugh.
I look forward to meeting you.

Richard was a giant help when I was purchasing my co-op. Navigating teh process is frustrating at time and Richard has a lot of experience which made things go much smoother. He was always eager to help in many ways and easy to reach. Even after my purchase was complete he was always available to answer questions.

Great agent, smart man. Very knowledgeable and very nice. Also great sense of humor. Efficient, experienced and hard working. His expertise helped me find a great apartment and get the transaction completed flawlessly.
