My start in Real Estate was inspired by my personal frustration in finding an agent during my own property transaction. I felt none were truly 100% on my side, with my best interest in mind. This became my mantra "Best intention create the Best results".
With an expertise in Townhouse sales a strong background in Co-op and Condo's, and a REBNY Certification in board packages, there is no situation that we can't tackle, together.

Richard was a giant help when I was purchasing my co-op. Navigating teh process is frustrating at time and Richard has a lot of experience which made things go much smoother.
