The house I purchased was only $65,000. I enjoy fixing up and building things and at that price obviously there's a lot of work to do. That said I'm loving it. At that price however there's not nearly the financial incentive for agents to get excited about it. Even so I feel Robert put in just as much effort as if I was buying in the quarter to !/2 mill. range and that's not something a lot of people do. That is exceptional. Even more so it was an extremely difficult sale and more than once I almost quit but for his encouragement. In the end I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Bobby.
