Rob provided excellent advice in all aspects of our house sale, to include staging, advertising, working through negotiations, inspection and the closing. He was always available to answer questions and provided very useful insight into the workings of the home sale process. Our house was small for the neighborhood but had some unique and interesting features and Rob had a real talent for setting its value and marketing it effectively. We signed on with him based on the recommendation of a friend and we have since recommended him to others in the neighborhood.

Rob helped me buy this property while I was still in California. He also helped me sell the property 2 years later when I decided to downsize. Rob is an excellent Realtor who is well versed in finance as well as real estate and tries to ensure his clients are knowledgeable about all aspects of a purchase or sale. I recently bought another home using Rob and he has proved once again to be a valuable asset when doing walk throughs, etc., by spotting things that needed to be fixed that I missed. My daughter just used Rob to sell her home as well. Our family will always use Rob for all of our real estate needs.
