I am a proud co-founder of MWR, Owner of Transaction Coordinating By Rozella, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker partnered with Keller Williams. I work within Washington State and I am honored to call the PNW home. Growing up in Spokane from grade school on, I learned to love what our area has to offer. From the deep woods for hunting to Salmon fishing in the Pacific Ocean, to the ever growing industry for Entrepreneurs. At a young age I learned the importance of using natural resources and how to utilize them in caring for our families. Now as an adult, I foster these same values to live the most self-sustainable and clean life. Through gardening, farming, herbal medicine and land development, I find passion in it all.

That helped us in the amount of effort we put into getting the house ready. She was spot on. We were so happy with the percentage rate for our sale. Because it left us with more money in our pockets.

We met at a very remote site, that the listing agent said was a maintained gravel road, not the case. She was the listing agent and the buyer agent in my case. She made it all work at a very fair price. I'm in the process of saving a 1929 log cabin on the piece Rozella helped us with. We even named the ridge 'Rozella Ridge.'
