We appreciated Rozellas feedback in getting our home ready for show. She was very realistic and reasonable about buyers expectations. That helped us in the amount of effort we put into getting the house ready. She was spot on. We were so happy with the percentage rate for our sale. Because it left us with more money in our pockets.

We met at a very remote site, that the listing agent said was a maintained gravel road, not the case. She was the listing agent and the buyer agent in my case. She made it all work at a very fair price. I'm in the process of saving a 1929 log cabin on the piece Rozella helped us with. We even named the ridge 'Rozella Ridge.'
