Ruben did a fantastic job guiding us through the complicated process of simultaneously selling our home and buying a new home. He made sure he understood our goals and priorities and always kept those things top of mind. He communicated clearly with timely updates throughout both the sale and purchase transactions. He responded quickly when we reached out to him. He provided thoughtful advice on the home preparation and listing process, the new home search, and the negotiations and decision making for the sale and the purchase. He proved to be very knowledgeable, a good communicator, and a hard worker. Ruben was fantastic. He was always on top of things, alerted me to things I had to do, responded very fast to phone calls or texts and was available for open house viewings or scheduled house visits. On several occasions, Ruben made insightful comments or mentioned positive (or negative) things about a house that I had overlooked. When it came to negotiating with the seller, Ruben was extremely helpful and negotiated an additional credit toward closing costs for me. This was my fifth house purchase in 20 years and Ruben stood out as a real estate agent.
