Ruben was fantastic. He was always on top of things, alerted me to things I had to do, responded very fast to phone calls or texts and was available for open house viewings or scheduled house visits. On several occasions, Ruben made insightful comments or mentioned positive (or negative) things about a house that I had overlooked. When it came to negotiating with the seller, Ruben was extremely helpful and negotiated an additional credit toward closing costs for me. This was my fifth house purchase in 20 years and Ruben stood out as a real estate agent.
