I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Cantoran, his professionalism, and and his expertise! It's obvious that he cares very much about his clients' needs and goals. He was recommended by my friends and I am so grateful for his help. As a first-time homebuyer, I was intimidated by this process. But whenever I asked, Rudy would offer explanations, suggestions, and lessons learned from his personal experiences. He did this very respectfully and it increased my confidence with the process. He is patient taking time to explain things and always has our best interest. 5yrs ago we sold and bought with him and so thankful we recently sold with him again. Rudy was a great realtor for us. He was easy to get a hold of, quick to respond, had a lot of experience to share with us and quick to get us set up with showings. All things that are especially important in this crazy market. He recommended a great lender and we were able to coordinate all of our needs through him. Really grateful we got to work with him and closed escrow this week! We highly recommend working with Rudy.
