Ryan is a fantastic agent! We met him 1.5 years ago when we weren't sure where or when to purchase our first home. He took the time to get to know us and to guide us through the process. We toured homes in at least three different neighborhoods, and he was always there with great advice for whatever we needed. We ended up making offers on 3-4 different properties that weren't quite right for us before we found our dream home. Ryan was patient and understanding, working with us to make sure we always felt comfortable every step of the way. The LA housing market is tough, and in the end Ryan's true negotiation skills paid off! He was our constant advocate while building his relationship with the sellers agent, and he ended up beating out multiple other offers to get us an amazing deal. He was with us the whole way through the fast (and sometimes stressful!) escrow period, and stood with us on closing day as a friend and not just an agent. We've already recommended Ryan to close friends, and look forward to working with him again down the line. Thank you Ryan for all your help!
