Ryan is a fantastic agent! We met him 1.5 years ago when we weren't sure where or when to purchase our first home. He took the time to get to know us and to guide us through the process. We toured homes in at least three different neighborhoods, and he was always there with great advice for whatever we needed. We ended up making offers on 3-4 different properties that weren't quite right for us before we found our dream home. Ryan is an outstanding Realtor and helped me purchase my very first home! He was very thorough throughout the process and made this experience surprisingly enjoyable. Before working with Ryan, I missed out on 4 offers and thought it was near impossible to purchase a property in this market. Luckily, I got in contact with Ryan. He helped me submit my offer, negotiated amongst 12 other offers, and got my offer accepted for $10,000 less than the highest offer. The thought of this still blows my mind. Having the income, credit score, and assets isn't enough to buy a property in this market anymore. Ryan was very accommodating to our times and met with us whenever we wanted. He did not push any particular house on us but rather tried to ask questions that were geared towards making sure that we would be happy with our purchase years down the line. When we were happy about a deal but something seemed amiss Ryan was very upfront about all the concerns he had even though it meant we would be pulling back our offer. He was extremely communicative and an absolute pleasure to work with. Ryan was always prepared and never gave us any wrong information but rather got back to us later when he has found an answer.
