We were up against the higher interest rates, 100 new homes being built in my area and the builders were offering a much lower rate, so we couldn't do anything about. Sandra is a fighter and didn't give up. She continued to overcome and conquer all. It was difficult however the home sold. We were very happy with the result and all was well. Yes I would recommend Sandra Plaunt to help anyone sell their home.

Sandra answered my call for a fair market value a year ago, and stayed in touch. She did everything she promised and more. I'm a grateful client, and have let friends in Mesa know that.
