We were up against the higher interest rates, 100 new homes being built in my area and the builders were offering a much lower rate, so we couldn't do anything about. Sandra is a fighter and didn't give up. She continued to overcome and conquer all. It was difficult however the home sold. We were very happy with the result and all was well. Yes I would recommend Sandra Plaunt to help anyone sell their home.

One word will be awesome. I loved working with Her and will jump at the slightest opportunity to work with Sandra. She was patient not pressuring and willing to work with our schedule. Very timely and her word is her bond. She says she will provide updates to get back to you at a certain time, she did it. In terms of communication, Sandra communicated to the level of our understanding what the process of buying our home involved. She took time to explain and help us understand the process. Sandra is the most pleasant and professional agent that helped my father in law in listing his home and getting it sold with a quick turn around. She was able to walk him through all the details with the repairs, staging the home, inspections and the sale process. She even hired a professional photographer to make the pictures on the listing "pop". WE would recommend her for any future business. Thank you Sandra!
