I have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Portland State University. My background in accounting aids me in understanding the financial aspects of the real estate market. This knowledge coupled with my extensive real estate experience make me particularly skilled in the correct pricing of homes, giving me the ability to accurately recommend the correct offer price or listing price to get my clients the results they need. My attention to detail means that my clients can rest assured that the details of their real estate contracts will be accurate. When I am not taking care of my clients, I love doing home renovations, gardening and roller skating You might see me around town at the hardware store working on one of my many home remodel projects, or at one of the many fantastic farmer markets in the area or at the skate park!
