Sarina was very thorough and strategic in our contingent sale situation. We preemptively staged and took photos of our house. This strategy was huge once we found our new home and were in escrow to purchase. Sarina was very responsive and patient, answering phone calls after hours and on weekends. This is the third home my wife and I have sold, and by far the best experience and results with sale price.

Sarina Dhanoa is a very smart and resourceful Real Estate Agent and she knows Real Estate from top the bottom. She listed two of my single family home in November 2018 and help me with her team to remodel both. They were both sold with one in December 2018 and the other one in January 2019. Even when it was during the Christmas season. It was very important that the sales were done in a timely manner because of a 1031 exchange on the other side of the sale. I would highly recommend her.
