Sean was an incredible asset to the home buying process. Sean stepped into the transaction after a very shaky opening of escrow. Sean quickly came up to speed and helped sort out the many issues threatening to derail the plan. He was nothing short of a miracle worker. On a separate note, I don’t believe your system of assigning a Redfinagent at the onset is optimal. Had we been able to interview a few options, we would have most likely selected Sean and skipped the subpar service provided by Paul Yi. You must have lost many potential clients with the current model.
