I really liked her as an agent and person. She followed up and had good energy. The reason for the 5 is that my house before it was listed had not been thoroughly cleaned (inside of stove, fridge and big stain on carpet). The walls had not been repaired from renters and not repainted. The lawn was so overgrown I got a letter from HOA. I would have had this all taken care of had I known but I am not in the area. I trusted everything was spotless before listing and it was not.

However, we had to abruptly leave the home that she helped us purchase and relied on her expertise and assistance to list the house and get it sold. We were out-of-state sellers. I am not interested in writing a thesis, but in short, the house was listed without being completely ready for the market and we didn't realize it until a week after we decided not to sell. In our opinion, our experience with Shauna Pendleton was less than stellar. In a market where the house sells itself, we did not expect much from our selling agent, but somehow Shauna offered even less than we expected. She provided the bare minimum real estate service. This included her showing up and attaching her name to the listing board out in front of our home. At times, she was a strong advocate. Unfortunately, she was a strong advocate for the buyers of our home. Our final experience was of her calling us to let us know that we needed to leave the key to our sold home under the mat as to allow the new buyers of the home could have immediate access to their new home upon our departure. Shauna was AWESOME! She was there when I needed her but not pushy. She was patient and helpful. I had moved out of the house and was living on the other side of the mountains. It took me 6 months to get the house ready to sell and struggled to get time to finish. Shauna took the time to put some cover plates on outlets when I wasn't able to.
Shauna kept me up to date on what the market was doing. The market turned to a seller's market and she got my house sold in 3 days after receiving 7, Yes SEVEN offers! My house sold for $26K over asking. Way to go Shauna!
