Simi was our realtor when we were looking to buy a house in Austin, TX. She was excellent during the entire process - provided us with invaluable insight about what to look for in homes and how they matched our search criteria and if they were a right fit for us. She was also very knowledgeable about the current market and provided suggestions on how we should write the offer. She scheduled various inspections in a matter of days during the option period so we had all the information before making the final decision and negotiated excellently on our behalf to get us the best deal possible. She was also available outside of regular office hours and on weekends as needed since there are several time sensitive factors during the entire home buying process. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell homes in Austin.
