Working with her was genuinely a great experience. She was kind, professional, and made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. She came in with a clear plan, knew how to position the house, and kept me informed every step of the way. She gave honest advice, was always easy to reach, and never made me feel rushed or out of the loop. Even when the market wasn't making things easy, she stayed focused and kept things moving. The house sold, and I have her to thank for that. If you want someone who's going to work hard for you and actually deliver, look no further.

We used Simi previously in 2020 when we bought our home and so we couldn’t think of anyone better to help sell our home when we were ready to. Simi always treated our decisions and input with the upmost care and was so diligent about marketing our home, doing open houses as needed and making sure we were staying at a competitive price to sell. Every step of the way she made sure we were taken care of. I will always recommend her to friends and family if they are looking to buy or sell. She’s simply the best!

I encountered a few "bumps and bruises" along the way during my home-buying experience, and each time Simi was there with the "first aid kit".
