Skylar is a very friendly, outgoing, and personal agent. He prices his houses (via comps) to sell. We had 3 offers and sold our house in approximately two weeks, even in an unpredictable market with rising interest rates. This is our third time working with Skylar and we are grateful for his wisdom and professionalism.

I have dealt with a lot of real estate brokers in my life, and Skylar is probably one of the top three, if not the very best. He was remarkable in his responsiveness--which to me is the most important thing. As an out of state buyer, working with Skylar has made this home buying experience less stressful. He listened to what we were looking for, made recommendations, and immediately sent us listings. He was always available to answer questions and was very responsive despite our time difference. Our search for a new home did not last long where we found a home that we liked, had Skylar tour the home, made an offer, and was in escrow in a matter of days. Skylar was amazing. He spent time to understand our needs/wants and created an easy plan to follow on finding our home. In the current market, the process was actually fairly easy (all things considered), and we found a home rather quickly. Additionally, Skylar was extremely responsive to my emails/texts, which were almost always answered the same day, and most often shortly after sending. I can not say enough good things and will always be appreciative of our experience with him.
