Our close was delayed to a Friday afternoon and so our document filing with the county was a little hazy as to whether it would happen before the weekend. She was able to keep us informed of exactly where we were in line, and as soon as she knew we'd be filed on time she set up the key hand-off.

While the deal probably would have gone through either way, she knew that I wanted to negotiate a lower price for repairs and she put in the extra effort to save me $8000! We really enjoyed and appreciated Starling's fast reply (texts, email), availability (always made herself available including late at night), and warmth. She had a steady and pragmatic approach to negotiating and always seemed to have our interest in mind. For example, when we were negotiating offer price and our repairs, she was very thoughtful. In fact, she fought harder than we did to ask for a credit on repairs when we felt it wasn't going to yield any credit back to us. We were wrong! We got some of our MUST list repaired and $2,500 back in credits. Thank you!

Starling was the best realtor Tom and I have ever worked with, by a long shot. She was so sweet, helpful, and caring. She answered our questions and addressed our concerns even on weekend evenings! We always felt she cared about us and our needs, and never put her personal gain in front of helping us get the home that was right for us. She would do the hard work dealing with the other realtor and the sellers even when they were hard to get a hold of or communicate with. She is also very talented in these dealings! The negotiation process was somewhat delicate and she handled it so well, our outcome was better than we could have ever imagined.
