I had a great experience working with Steve during my home buying process. I notice right away that he has great communication and attention to detail. We went on many tours and I found his process of walking through a home, room by room piecing everything together, to be very helpful. Despite how overwhelming the home buying process can be, every tour I felt closer and closer to finding the right home for me. I eventually made an offer on a home that he found and following his recommendations, my offer was accepted with 0 closing costs, which I thought was impossible in today's market! On top of that, Steve checked in with me after closing and has been a great source for ideas and referrals. I can't recommend Steve enough!
