Steven Moore went above and beyond for Natalie and I. This was not my first home purchase, but I can easily say that this was a completely different home buying experience. He had exceptional amount of detail, professionalism, kindness, punctuality, and responsiveness. His negotiation skills were unreal and unheard of. We raved about what Steven was able to do for us and nobody could believe the offer accepted was possible... but he did it!! Having said that, not only was he that good on getting us into a new home, but he sold our home within a few days for top dollar. Purchasing a home in today's market is hard, very hard, but Steven did not make us feel like that at all. He asked us what our dream home would look like, gathered the details and found us the perfect property within a day. This has been the smoothest process with zero hiccups and the best agent we could have asked for. I can safely say I have not only found my forever agent but also a great friend.

He set up the home beautifully so the photographs can capture the best features. He was very detailed when it came to pointing out the little and big things our home had to offer, which we loved! Besides being a master salesman, he was punctual, dressed professional and extremely friendly to every person that came to see our home. Steven was amazing throughout our home buying process. He was patient with our questions, inquiries, and frustrations with sellers and the market. He was completely transparent at all times and communicated effectively. He went above and beyond to get us our home and was actively communicating with listing agents to get us a shoe in for the homes we loved. Could not have asked for a better person to go to bat for us in this crazy and competitive housing market. I would refer Steven to others in a heartbeat, he is the absolute best and we can't thank him enough. He is truly a gem.

When I was talking to my close friend who just bought a house and asked her for advice on choosing a realtor, she cautioned me that finding a good one would be difficult. Given this, I was pretty sure my husband and I would have to go through a couple people to find the "good" one. We got Steven as our first realtor, and AS IT TURNS OUT... We totally hit the jackpot with Steven. No lie, this guy was vibing with us from the start. He was never pushy, super polite, and let the control freak (me) take the reins on timeline and house hunting. When we found THE house, Steven worked his butt off to negotiate for us to get the best deal possible. He was always accessible and responded promptly, even after working hours. The number of times I made this guy come to our then prospective house is embarrassingly high, but he always accommodated when he could. Even after we got the house, Steven looked out for us and scored us a free all wood table and 8 chairs from his other client who was moving out. It looks fabulous in our new house. Most of all, I want everybody to know what an all around outstanding person Steven is. I knew nothing about buying a house and was expecting to feel self conscious about it, but Steven put me at ease. Now that our realtor/client time is over, I'm glad to call Steven a friend.
