Steven Moore went above and beyond for Natalie and I. This was not my first home purchase, but I can easily say that this was a completely different home buying experience. He had exceptional amount of detail, professionalism, kindness, punctuality, and responsiveness. His negotiation skills were unreal and unheard of. We raved about what Steven was able to do for us and nobody could believe the offer accepted was possible... but he did it!! I have worked with many realtors, both as a customer and as a business partner. In my experience, the vast majority fall into two categories - those who chose the profession to make money and those who chose the profession to help people find their dream home. Steve falls into the latter. He understands that the homebuying process is more than contracts and offers - dollars and cents. He understands that the home you choose is your safe haven. Steven is very responsive, extremely patient, and communicative throughout the process. He gave us lots of advice, explain things very clearly, and are willing to accommodate our schedule. He's definitely the most trustworthy agent we've ever worked with! The only thing is I'd hope agents can help us negotiate on the offer sometimes since we have limited budget, but I also understand that California housing is in general competitive and the agents are doing the best they can. Overall, we really appreciate his help and are definitely very happy of the outcome.
