Susan is the most knowledgable, efficient and tenacious agent I've experienced. She knew what I was going to ask and be concerned about before I did, but was polite enough to let me ask and voice it. She asked questions and listened to what my desires and concerns were. She brought to my attention things I hadn't considered. She made everything easy and took the anxiety out of the process. On top of all that, she is a wonderfully pleasant and friendly person that you feel you've known all your life. I wish I could give her a rating beyond "10."

When I started looking at 7954 Timber Lake dr, Eden prairie, MN townhome, I made it 100% clear that this will be my investment property asked her to check rental conditions as this is part of a HOA. She confirmed that the property can be rented as the current rentals are at 8% (of 15% HOA cap), after closing HOA said they never gave such information. Now property is there with me paying mortgage, HOA fee ($295), Insurance, Taxes, utility Bills.. etc What kind of Due diligence is this? What is Redfin's checks and balances? Is the intent is only to get commission, not interest of the client?
