Susan is a great agent! She was superb at representing us as buyer and seller. We were able to work with her from both aspect and had no issue at all with her. She was very thorough and as my husband said "does her homework." She always response to her emails which was a big plus for us since we don't have to be on pins and needles waiting for answer. Constantly in communication with us, providing timeline of deadline during transaction. Amazing agent overall!

Susan was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She helped us get approved for our loan and was very familiar with all the neighborhoods we looked at.
Her experience was definitely an asset and she could point out flaws in homes that I never would have noticed. This was extremely valuable in our house hunt.
Once Susan found us our home, she made sure our bids were competitive. She even negotiated the price down and got the seller to fix things in the house!
