Ms. Blum is a superb agent, she knows the island and its characteristics well and has all the attributes and knowledge that a real estate buyer in Kauai would want. Ms. Blum pays attention to the client's needs, is very thorough in completing forms and tasks, is kind, technically proficient and timely in her responses and meetings.. I cannot say enough about Ms. Blum's professionalism and would gladly look for her assistance should I need another property in Kauai and would not hesitate to recommend her to someone else.

Our entire home-shopping process was on-line and virtual with us being far away on the mainland. Throughout this time, Susanne was extremely accommodating in helping us find and purchase our home. She was very patient and generous with her time as she showed us several properties through What'sApp. On more than one occasion, she cared enough to give her honest opinion of properties we were ready to make offers on, and gently assured us that we would find the home that was appropriate for us.
