Suzanna is a gem. Our escrow process was very complicated and very long (90 days!) and she was there every step of the way. It was our first home purchase, so we had a lot of questions. Suzanna was always happy to answer our MANY questions and concerns over the process. I honestly don't know that we would have been able to get our dream home without her. There were many times when the sale could have fallen apart, and Suzanna was there to keep it on track. So much so, in fact, that she even answered a phone call from another agent while she was IN LABOR because he didn't have the listing agent's phone number. She is the real deal. She's also really fun to be around, with an easy-going personality while still feeling grounded and no-nonsense. She's a superb real estate agent.

I had been working with a more traditional agent prior who would not respond quickly which resulted in delays seeing homes. Suzanna was able to meet my expectations and get me into places same day. She paid attention to my critiques and wants in a home and used that information when assessing new listings. Super happy!

She immediately understood our style and location preferences and was able to offer expert advice on the area. She was always able to show us houses we were interested in immediately or get us a colleague that could. Once we decided on a home, she guided us through the entire process flawlessly and was always available for questions and concerns at any time. She helped us navigate with difficult situations and we always felt she was looking out for our best interest, never forcing the sale. This is the fourth house that my husband and I have purchased and our first time using redfin. We absolutely would recommend using Redfin based on our wonderful experience with Suzanna.

Suzanna was honestly the ONLY reason we bought a house. Her and her team were so dedicated to getting us something that felt right, worked in our budget, AND she was so determined to make sure we had all the answers. She was always on call and truly worked as an advocate for us without feeling like she had an agenda. This whole process is so overwhelming that we def would have pulled out if there was any one else handling it. After getting several “OMG YOU ACTUALLY BOUGHT A HOUSE IN LA?!” Responses from friends, I have immediately suggested Suzanna and Red Fin. Hands down
