This was a very interesting experience, given, I'm from Philadelphia, first home purchase out here. And being married, and having a rushed timeline (by ME) made this experience surreal. Now when it comes to Tin, nothing short of Amazing when it's all said and done. Summary if you want to skip the long story: if you want to hire someone is extremely experienced, and have you the homeowners best interest, in which the only pressure you may feel is to make sure you are making a wise educated decision, and understand what you're looking at, and how what makes sense when it comes to offers and negotiations, Tin is your guy. He's almost like that Uncle who's in the trades, and help you get the deal to help you get your money's worth on your renovation so to speak. He treats your like the favorite cousin type thing. Now the long story is Oct 9th the Mrs and I started looking for a home, and we closed and picked up the keys Nov 13th. The tighter deadline was we looked at the home Thursday Oct 9th, plus a few others, made decision Friday, seller had deadline for Sunday, they accepted our offer Monday thanks to Tin, and we were Not the highest bidder. I had to convince the wife not to keep bothering him, he's the professional, he knows what the timeline is and knows what he's doing, and in the end, he proved true. Dealing with appraisal and minor issues through out he was on top of it, the paperwork and changes and updates, so many things that pops up, and the only delay came from the appraiser and a holiday which caused a 2 day delay. With Tin, you can rest assured he's on the job, he responded to texts all types of time, and again, less than 40 days is an amazing turn around,and not even being the highest bidder. No pressure to look at other houses when I visited one, got 3 steps in and said naw, never gonna happen lol Tin is that business professional you want to deliver the results. I couldn't get excited until pen was to paper, but once Tin and I picked up the keys, finally I was excited, and we had a phenomenal Agent. You da man!

Tin was extremely helpful during the process of purchasing our first home. He answered all of our questions, and even asked questions of things we never would have thought to ask. The whole process was so quick and smooth.
