This was a very interesting experience, given, I'm from Philadelphia, first home purchase out here. And being married, and having a rushed timeline (by ME) made this experience surreal. Now when it comes to Tin, nothing short of Amazing when it's all said and done. Summary if you want to skip the long story: if you want to hire someone is extremely experienced, and have you the homeowners best interest, in which the only pressure you may feel is to make sure you are making a wise educated decision, and understand what you're looking at, and how what makes sense when it comes to offers and negotiations, Tin is your guy. As a first time seller I was not sure what process I was going to go through, but working with Tin made it an enjoyable experience. Not only did he show professionalism but was able to keep me on track. I’m not an easy person to work with so he had his work cute out with me. Tin keep me informed and updated on every step through the process and worked with me helping me understand what each process was for and what I needed to do. I don’t think you could find a more professional and enjoyable person if you need to buy or sell a home.

We have worked with a few realtors in our time and Tin has been by far the best. Not only did he tour 30 properties with us without complaining but he was always a pleasure to be around. He has a very kind and playful demeanor and is very knowledgeable about properties. He was willing to warn us about things to look out for as first time home buyers.
