We have worked with a few realtors in our time and Tin has been by far the best. Not only did he tour 30 properties with us without complaining but he was always a pleasure to be around. He has a very kind and playful demeanor and is very knowledgeable about properties. He was willing to warn us about things to look out for as first time home buyers. He was very flexible about touring times, quick to respond to messages and he really cared about helping us find the perfect property in our price range.

I was a first time buyer and Tin was my buying agent. He helped guide me through the process and put up with all the weird questions I had, and oh was there a lot of questions. He was very prompt and attentive, he helped scheduled a bunch of showings. He also worked super hard and into the late and early hours when we wanted to get an offer out. I'm also so glad he helped negotiate and helped me navigate the sale. I feel like we moved really fast and Tin not only did Tin keep up, but he totally was the wind behind our backs too. Thursday: showings, liked a place Friday: offer in the morning, loss this offer Saturday: more showings, found our dream home Sunday: offer, offer accepted! When we lost the 1st offer (not Tin's fault, the other buyer was just first in line, but was wishy-washy), he worked with us to look at other properties. We ended up stumbling upon our dream home the very next day. Tin, in his awesomeness, ending up helping us get this one accepted and with great terms! After the offer was accepted, Tin was also there to help us through the rest of the process and help deal with any other issues that arose as well. Here he also answered a billion questions and helped coordinate with our busy schedule. I was such a great experiencing working with Tin, it was fun and I don't think I could have done it without him. I'd would totally work with him again in a heartbeat!
