My fiance and I have been looking to purchase a home for over a year. In today's competitive market, we were getting really discouraged and worried that we wouldn't be able to find a home. As soon as we started working with Seth, we knew our luck would soon change. Seth has made an otherwise stressful and exhausting process seemingly fun and easy. He has been unbelievably helpful, he genuinely cares about his clients/their homes, and we have loved getting to work with him and spend time with him. Jeff also took the time to show us multiple homes (even in less than ideal weather conditions), and we sincerely appreciate his effort and input. We had a realtor prior to working with Jeff who wanted nothing more than to collect his pay check. Every house we looked at no matter how crappy the realtor was say “this is a very nice house” despite the obvious major issues and would try convince us to make a bid. Needless to say we didn’t stick with him very long. Then we met Jeff. Who was a complete 180 from the previous guy. Jeff treated us as family. Needed a place quickly as downsizing and moving from Montgomery County PA to Hanover PA. Jeff and his team found me a place per my requirements and under my price point. Helped with inspections by local contractors so I understood what may be needed after purchase as it was as-is Sale. They also assisted my Daughter in buying a house they could afford in a tight housing market. Team is receptive and goes above and beyond to meet you needs. Highly recommend as they now the local market and are so easy to work with.

We worked with Jeff Selby for over a year during the heart of the pandemic looking for the perfect home. He was available to us 24/7 and always there to help answer questions for us right away. He went out of his way to show us houses that we were interested in within a timely manner of the house going on the market. We sold our home with Seth, which we feel quite fortunate for. Seth was there with us every step of the way. Any question we had, day or night, he was there, promptly to answer. He is kind and considerate, which are hard qualities to find in a Realtor. He is authentic and truly caring. Selling our first home was challenging emotionally and Seth handled the process delicately. He advocated for us at every turn. We are very grateful to have had him managing the sale of our property.

Buying a home is quite a stressful undertaking, but Seth made the experience pleasant and fun! He was very knowledgeable and supportive, and always made himself available for any questions/concerns that we had. We felt comfortable working with him, which made buying our home with him a seamless process. We have recommended him to friends and family and know that in the future, if we ever needed to buy another home he would be the first person we would call.
