As first time homebuyers we had no clue how to buy a house and really needed someone to walk us through each and every step. Josh did all that and more. He made sure we understood everything and answered the millions of questions we had. He was very responsive and his fun personality made the stressful times much easier to navigate through. He is great to work with. He goes above and beyond. Extremely knowledge, answers our questions quickly. He cares and truly took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. He did everything he could to make sure we got the cabin of our dreams. He was with us thru the whole process. If I needed a realtor in the future I would not work with anyone else.

Grant did a fantastic job helping us through the process of finding us a home! We were first time home buyers and didn’t know how crazy it can be trying to find a home, but grant made it fun and exciting. He always made his schedule work around ours no matter what time it was (some nights got pretty late!) highly recommend him as your realtor!
