Both Tammy and Ken were always attentive and quick to respond. They sold a 28 year old rental property that had never been rehabbed and was full of tenants for us. They were great about notifying tenants about showings and developed a good relationship with them. We were able to eventually vacate the property and clean up with good relationships all around. It sold shortly afterward. Thanks!
