Tom made sure that I got maximum accommodations from people making offers. It was a stressful time for me but he consistently communicated with me, keeping me apprised of where we were in the process. He helped me navigate downsizing, staging, and understanding the legalities of the sale. He is tactful and honest. I have only positive things to say about how much Tom helped me….highly recommend!
