As a newcomer to Florida, I didn't realize how complicated buying a house at my price point would turn out to be. I was going through a lot with my own family life at the time, so it was hard to prioritize find me exactly what I wanted within my budget. I think the more and more Tim and I looked at properties, the more he understood exactly what I wanted. I think he was very perseverant with me but not pushy and that kept me in the game, which in the end got me a great house! And he's not your typical sleazy cheesy salesman. He has class ,wit and we'll meet you where you are.
