Our experience with Tom has been fantastic. Whenever we mentioned we liked or disliked something, he did a great job of keeping that in mind and modifying our search to accommodate for that. He always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in each step of this process and that we were aware about what's required in each step. Tom even accompanied us to the title office since it was our first time and were unsure about how to go about it. Tom is very knowledgeable in his profession. He can answer all questions when it comes to real estate. He can estimate how much is needed to be competitive when bidding for a house. It was a very positive experience searching and buying a house with Tom.

We not only were first time home buyers but also new to the country. Tom being bilingual helped translate a lot of the information to my parents. We know a lot of realtors that we work with and only Tom was able to negotiated and got us the house of our dream and the price we wanted. He answered all of our phone calls and took us on a lot of homes. My parents were only here in San Jose for about 2 weeks and we must of seen 50 or more homes before finally coming to the one we like. We offered and go accepted on the first one. Tom also negotiated all the repairs needed to be done before we moved in. All we can say is OUTSTANDING!!

I cannot say enough good things about Tom. Tom took care of my mom's home and sold it and it is exactly what he said it would be. He help prepared our property with cleaners, painters, handyman to repair all the necessary items so it would show better. He then coordinated with stagers to furnish the home and professional photographer to help promote it online. He negotiated the best price and terms for us. We couldn't be happier. If you are thinking of having a trusted agent to help you with your home. We would give him a 11 if there is that rating.

Tom helped us in buying our first home, being a first time home buyer i was very new to whole process. He helped a-lot in explaining the intricacies and strategies for looking for homes, making offers and he is very helpful in closing on time. I would highly recommend him.
