I am a Past Director of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors, The Maryland Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. I am a past President of the Anne Arundel County of Realtors, as well as Realtor of the Year for AA County. I am a Full Time, Full-Service Assoc. Broker and LOVE Real Estate! As President of The Levin Group at Keller Williams, I have a full-time support staff to best serve our clients in the Baltimore Washington Metro area. Tom is a phenomenal broker that assisted with my company's REO Liquidation. The asset had a ton of problems going into it and Tom showed no hesitancy to roll his sleeves up and get us what we needed. He has a plethora of contacts in the area and whether we needed an engineer or contractor for quotes on a potential rehab, he got them to us in a timely fashion. He's always willing to go the extra mile and stays on top of communications/updates. We'll definitely be partnering with him for any of our properties in the Baltimore area.
