Being recently widowed, the task of getting our home prepared and ready for sale was to say the least, terrifying. Tom and his team came in and basically took over everything and guided me through the entire process. In addition to getting our home sold for more than I thought was possible, Tom oversaw the contractors that were doing the much needed paint and various odds and ends that needed to be done. Tom was such an amazing realtor, I’d never use anybody else! He guided me through the process with every question I had and put me at ease. As a first time buyer, I was scared and had so many questions. He made it seamless and made me feel confident in the process.

He has a lot of experience working with other Agents in the real estate business as well, which is a huge plus. He will not pressure you into buying a home. Without Tom's expert knowledge and experience, we would've never made it to settlement on time. Because of a neglectful buyer agent, Tom had to do the work or the buyer and seller agent. Tom was great. He was readily available and he is the type of agent who will work hard for his client. Tom sells houses because he knows what his clients want and he is not afraid to offer his opinion as to whether a certain home would likely be suitable. When we did our walk through and found that items were not properly addressed, Tom was immediately on the phone to the seller's agent making sure the repairs were completed to our satisfaction. In addition to being a hard worker, he is a nice guy with a good heart to boot. He has a larger than life personality and is clearly invested in his job. I highly recommend him.

We had many issues with the condo purchase, but he was very supportive to resolve all the issues and he knew exactly how we should address to the issues (appraisal, furnace, water leakage etc ).
Honestly, we could not have closed without his help.

This is the fifth time we've purchased a property. The first three times, our realtors fell short. Sure, they were fine. They went through the motions. It was all correct. However, there was no desire to get us every little thing that we could potentially get (and were unaware of). Tom and team are closers. While buying an REO property the Bank’s agent made no effort to handle his responsibilities during the entire transaction. Tom and team literally had to handle both sides of the proceedings in order to close, which they did to get me the house in a timely fashion. No excuses, just results.
