Toni went above and beyond to get my house sold! She made a generally unpleasant situation much easier on me and my family. My mother passed away and this was her house and it would have been a lot more stressful without her leading the way.

I was given Toni's name by the agent who sold my home in Washington. I am so glad I was lucky enough to have gotten Toni. I flew down from Washington to look for a house here, we had 18 houses to look at in 2 1/2 days and we were able to see 16 (two went under contract). Toni put everything else on pause and we looked at houses. By the time I was ready to leave I had two homes I felt I would be happy living in. When I got home I had made the choice and called Toni to write the offer. I could not have bought this house long distance with out her. She help find contractors when the home inspection found items I wanted more detail on, she showed up to let them in to house for the inspection and when the loan required one to be repaired prior to close she was instrumental in making the... Toni was awesome through this whole first-time-buyer experience. I could not rave about her enough! She is very efficient. Wastes no time. Highly responsive. Answers any questions, at any time night or day. If she is not available to show you a house she arranges for someone on her team to accommodate you. She negotiates very well and her communication between the buyer, seller, mortgage lender, title company and inspectors was right on point. She kept us in the know every step of the way and made sure we understood the fine print. Zero complaints! Highly recommend!
