Words cannot describe how amazing Trachale is at her job!!! Way above and beyond in assisting me in my home buying process. Trachale made me feel like I was her only client! She managed everything!!! She showed up motivated and worked tirelessly to assist me. I wish I could leave a voice message instead of writing because I cannot capture the many positive thoughts and thing’s Trachale did to make this process manageable Or I’d have to literally write a book! . I ran into some major road blocks with a couple of lenders which had nothing to do with my qualifications. Simple mistakes on their part but would’ve had and to some degree did cause catastrophic results but Trachale was able to take control and get things back in order swiftly! She was more knowledgeable than the loan officers and the underwriters!!! She knows her stuff! And will work her tail off to make sure you get what you deserve. This is not lip service! I already one of my brothers who is retiring in less than two years and moving to Las Vegas on deck waiting to use Trachale as his realtor.
