I am Exceedingly Happy to have been Blessed to have Trachale Bogan as my Real Estate Agent. Trachale's Professionalism, Customer Care Focus, Process and Product Knowledge were....... "One Hundred Percent on Point!" I had a brief exchange with a Different Realtor from a Different Agency.... Simply stated, I wasn't going to relocate to Las Vegas. Until I received the referral call from Trachale Bogan at Redfin. Her: Positive "Can-Do" Attitude, Energy and Attentiveness to Details as I described them instantly Changed my Mind. Words cannot describe how amazing Trachale is at her job!!! Way above and beyond in assisting me in my home buying process. Trachale made me feel like I was her only client! She managed everything!!! She showed up motivated and worked tirelessly to assist me. I wish I could leave a voice message instead of writing because I cannot capture the many positive thoughts and thing’s Trachale did to make this process manageable Or I’d have to literally write a book! . I ran into some major road blocks with a couple of lenders which had nothing to do with my qualifications. Simple mistakes on their part but would’ve had and to some degree did cause catastrophic results but Trachale was able to take control and get things back in order swiftly!
