Vincent was great throughout the entire homebuying process; from looking at several houses to purchasing and performing the final walkthrough on the house I loved. Always prompt and courteous, Vince provided me with a steady hand and focus every step along the way. Although I was in a different state from my purchase, he accommodated me and gave me a sense of being there. He always responded to my questions and provided excellent insight. I appreciate Redfin, all the agents that worked with me in the DMV and the final outcome.

Vince Knight was professional, knowledgable, always responsive and helpful. He was patient with us and not at all pushy as we took our time finding a property in a tight housing market. From first showing to the end we had nothing but amazing experience with Vincent night. He was available anytime any hour and even answering concerns we had ( not in his department) and referring us to finance team( phill group on the other had was disaster) and to Redfin contractors. He helped us sell our home and get our new home. Never felt pushed into making a decision and he patiently took us to all properties and even arranged for us to see the home ,we bought ,2 times. I really appreciated Vince helping me navigate the real-estate market and purchase my first home. He quickly got a sense of what I was looking for and actively searched for properties that satisfy those requirements as much as I was. He was always available regardless of the time or day. He accompanied me to most tours/viewings and inspected issues I would not know to look out for. When it came to making the big decisions about offers and negotiations, he gave me a lot of room to make calls that felt right for me. He also helped me get a conventional loan with good terms. All in all, I felt he always had my best interest at heart and that made the whole endeavor very pleasant and ultimately a success.
