Cleaning Rules: Jacuzzi water heating is free one time for 2 hours then additional $75.00 per 2 hrs,10:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. Pool water heating additional $250.00 per day. There are two community pools in the neighborhood that offer heated jacuzzi & heated pool all year round. Our guests will be able to have access to both on request & free of charge. One of the pools offers a kiddy pool. There are kids playground settings in both areas. Guests must clean up after themselves, including washing dishes and taking out the trash. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they found it, including furniture and appliances. There is a cleaning fee for the property. Guest Behavior Rules: Guests must respect the neighbors and avoid making excessive noise. Loud music are not allowed inside the property. Guests must not engage in unlawful activities inside or outside the property. Guests who stay more than 28 days must sign a lease agreement. Pet Rules: There’s only 1 pet allowed per stay. Weight limit to 50 pounds per pet. Only extremely well behaved dogs & housebroken are allowed to stay please. Pets are not allowed to stay unattended! Also, please make sure that you don't park all the vehicles in front of the house. Only three vehicles can be parked on the driveway. The rest should find parking on the street down below or on the side. The neighbors area should absolutely not be blocked not even by 1 inch. Otherwise he makes a big deal and he will call the guard gate. We don't allow more than 3 vehicles in the property, (big cars and vans should be parked outside)
