Your own private compound on 19.46 acres, 20 minutes from Main Street Placerville. Breathtaking panoramic views and the sound of the Consumnes River rushing through the valley below will make you fall in love with this serene retreat. A private drive through a locked gate leads you to your own oasis where a meadow, a walking path, a fern grove, and end of the road privacy await. In addition to the well-maintained main house, a full-blown workshop could become a possible ADU. Two wells, a 5,000 gallon underground water storage tank, & 34kw Generac generator offer additional peace of mind. Imagine happy hour in the spa, gazing out at the gorgeous vista. Or sitting under the gazebo enjoying the Spring breeze. This piece of land offers some of the best views in the county and is close to several award-winning wineries in Fair Play. You'll remember the spectacular view from the kitchen, and stepping out onto the deck you'll be even more drawn in. Come & see for yourself this little corner of heaven.

RL-40
Rural Lands 40 Acres
The RL, Rural Lands Zone, is intended to identify those lands that are suitable for limited residential development based on topography, access, groundwater or septic capability, and other infrastructural requirements. This zone may be applied where resource-based industries in the vicinity may impact residential uses. Commercial support activities that are compatible with the available infrastructure may be allowed within this zone to serve the surrounding rural and agricultural communities. Although agricultural uses are allowed, these lands generally do not support exclusive agricultural use. This zone is applied to those lands to allow uses which supplement the agricultural use. For special setback purposes, the RL zone is not considered to be an agricultural or timber zone. Minimum lot size designators shall be applied to this zone based on the constraints of the site, surrounding uses, and other appropriate factors. The designator shall represent the minimum number of acres and shall be in the following increments: 10, 20, 40, 80, and 160.
