PURE HAWAII. Do you love Hana but hate the drive? Welcome to Kailua Country Estates. Maui’s premier North Shore Enclave. A gated community with spectacular ocean vistas and mountain streams. Just 25 minutes to Mama’s Fish House for cocktails. Rural, dynamic land more fairytale than reality. Two prepped building pads have already been dug out to help you envision your new homestead. One with spectacular unobstructed ocean views and the other next to YOUR VERY OWN HAWAIIAN STREAM AND WATERFALL. Community has minimal design restrictions but several outstanding architectural homes have already been erected. Electric is available through MECO or you can choose to go off-grid. Water will be by Catchment (New Owner to install). Priced to sell. This is not a CPR’d parcel but community allows CPR if you would like. Adjoining acreage is potentially available for sale. This is Paradise. This lot is special because this community has "Designated View Corridors" for each lot (super rare!) AND this lot sits at the top of the community so you won't have to worry with view corridor building restrictions...BUT the neighbors below you must honor the deeded view corridors. Sellers have completed a $20,000 Archaeological Survey on Property. No historic preservation work was recommended. Translation-you can build your dream home!
