This peaceful 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is situated near the top of a beautiful, fully-fenced 2.25 acre parcel. The property is named Waimele Kapana, “the rhythm of the water song” as it sang the owner to sleep at night while he camped by the year round stream and built this home. Waimele Kapana features outstanding views and the infrastructure for a main home including a large septic system, 200 amp electrical service and underground utilities. There are no CC&R’s so let your imagination run wild. The cottage includes vaulted ceilings, a nice covered wrap-around lanai, and hardy plank siding. Located just a few minutes from Hanzawa’s Store, the property is conveniently close to Makawao, Haiku, Pa’ia, Seabury Hall and other island gems. Call your favorite Realtor.
