Enter a world of BEAUTY, PRIVACY and EXPANSIVE OCEAN VIEWS!!! Wonderfully situated close to the ocean, this home is lovingly crafted of cedar and coral limestone. The huge OCEAN VIEWS will take your breath away! So will the pool. Rare and gorgeous stone work of coral limestone graces the pool and exterior walls of the home. Featured are hardwood floors, an open beam ceiling, a 6-burner gas stove and a private, deep water well, belonging only to this parcel and unit. There are accessory AG buildings located on this ALL USABLE, 2.91 acres, Unit A, which is fully fenced. An incredible avocado orchard abounds with fruit. There are over 60 fruit bearing coconut trees. The land has been carefully tended and there is plenty of room to pasture animals, if that is your pleasure. Once you arrive, it is hard to leave this peaceful and bountiful site. It is so verdant and beautiful here. Truly a place to be nurtured and to flourish.
