Extensive gardens compliment this well-built cedar home which is set peacefully amidst sprawling lawns and a backdrop of mountain vistas. The residence includes a slate entry leading to a guest room, guest bath and a great room open to the kitchen with a covered and screened lanai as well as an additional open lanai with Ipe decking. The vaulted natural wood walls and ceilings and Eucalyptus flooring create an elegant feeling with a second floor master suite. The upstairs lanai offers lovely scenic views of the vast acreage. Named "Anuenue Ranch" (anuenue means rainbow), this property features a botanical garden with all the colors of a rainbow in its curated collection of tropical and subtropical plants. The current owners spent years tending to the beautiful grounds and gardens for their private enjoyment. The property includes a two car garage, a large garden shed set apart from the main house and it is only minutes to Hana town, yet in an area of private and large agricultural parcels with friendly neighbors. The winding and gated entry gives "Anuenue Ranch" the feeling of a grand Hana estate property.
