Bicoastal ocean views! Fresh flowers every day! Welcome to Kula Glen, one of upcountry Maui's premier neighborhoods situated at the perfect elevation to grow just about everything. Along with bananas, avocado, and mango, this property features a 1.6 acre operating protea farm that generates income and tax benefits for the current owner. The well-maintained two-story home has soaring ceilings throughout, an open layout, and tons of windows to let in natural light and maximize the views. An enclosed porch runs the entire length of the upstairs, and there is a cozy fireplace for those cooler nights. The spacious master suite has a large walk-in closet and is well-positioned off the main living area. Downstairs is a huge 4-car garage and workshop and a one-bedroom "mother-in-law suite" with a kitchenette, generous living area, and private lanai. The property has everything you need to get started... and plenty of room to grow (pun intended!) Close to farmers markets, shopping, and some of Maui's best schools, the property is only a 15 minute drive to the airport and Central Maui. Don't miss this opportunity!
