This leasehold two bedroom one bath condo is on the second floor. This unit is looking for that buyer that is handy and for that reason the sellers have priced it to allow the new owners to realize some pricing improvement once they have fixed it up. The complex is across the road from a very nice beach park and just down the street from a "Farmer's Market", a strip mall with a wide variety of cuisines, tacos, fish, fruit bowls and a deli with wide intentional offerings. Not far from "Times market" and another spot to eat "Java Jazz".

Apartment District
The purpose of the Apartment districts are to provide higher density housing options than the residential and duplex districts. Multiple-family apartment districts are generally established within or near the urban core of a town to provide residents with access to jobs, services, amenities, and transportation options. Uses within the apartment districts are appropriately located near, and are compatible with, uses in the various business, residential, public; quasi-public, and park districts.
